How does this bad boy work you might ask?

Put the small cylinder in the middle of the dish. Serve olives around it. When discarding the pit, put it in the cylinder for easy and elegant retreat, instead of them ruining your plate. When cleaning out the dish, open the cylinder and throw the leftovers away.
